Where are you located and what are your operating hours?KLABB is located at 893 Yonge Street, Toronto. We are open 24/7 for appointments.

What types of equipment do you have?KLABB has a full range of high-performance equipment, including 7 squat racks, a reverse hyper, dumbbells up to 100lbs, metal batons, a lat pulldown, Mag Grips, a dip bar, a chest-supported row, adjustable benches, adjustable cable machines, an assault bike, a Concept 2 SkiErg, and a weighted vest. We are equipped with specialty bars, such as hex bars, powerlifting bars, axle bars, Olympic lifting bars, women’s bars, safety squat bars, and football bars. If you're looking for something specific, let us know!

Do you have change rooms and showers?Yes, KLABB has private change rooms and showers for your convenience.

What should I wear to KLABB?Wear comfortable athletic clothing and proper training shoes.

How can I use the sauna and ice bath?These amenities are exclusively available to members who train at KLABB and have private sessions booked with a trainer or practitioner. Visits can be arranged through them for $35/hour.

Do you offer open gym access, or do I need to work with a trainer?We don’t offer open gym access. KLABB operates by appointment, so you’ll need to book a session with one of our trainers or practitioners.

Can I bring my own trainer?No, KLABB is exclusive to trainers who are part of our team. If you're a trainer interested in joining, reach out through our "Get Started" form.
